Long Beach State redshirt junior Mikayla Florez finished in third place on Saturday morning at the UNLV Invitational, leading the Beach to take second at Craig Ranch Regional Park. On the men's side, LBSU finished in second place with 47 points, falling behind team champion Utah Valley with 15 points, with senior George Martinez leading the way for the Beach, placing sixth.
